In connection with the Suretyship products (Bid Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Maintenance Bond) issued by PT Asuransi Intra Asia as a guarantee provider and as part of our company's internal risk mitigation, we hereby convey the following points:

1. We warn all parties, including but not limited to marketers of Suretyship products (Bid Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Maintenance Bond), NOT TO DUPLICATE AND/OR ISSUE IN AN UNAUTHORIZED MANNER AND/OR FORGE SURETY BOND documents in the name of PT Asuransi Intra Asia.

2. That PT Asuransi Intra Asia will take firm legal action, including reporting the matter to the police in case of suspected criminal document forgery.

3. All Suretyship products (Bid Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Maintenance Bond) are decided, approved, and signed only by authorized officials and issued by the Head Office of PT Asuransi Intra Asia, located at Menara Hijau, 8ᵗʰ floor, Jl. MT. Haryono Kav. 33, South Jakarta 12770.

Therefore, any Suretyship product issued using our logo or stamp by parties outside the Head Office (including Branch Offices and/or Marketing Offices) of PT Asuransi Intra Asia is considered a fake document and is suspected to be used by irresponsible individuals to commit fraud.

4.
